Internet Service
It didn't cost me anything, because it was equipment failure. It was the internet connection. I would give them an A because they came right out, they didn't charge me anything,and they replaced the piece of equipment. I have been satisfied with them over the years since I have had them, 8 years or so. I would say for a piece of equipment to kind of go out on me wouldn't be that unusual. They even responded early. They were supposed to come between like 1 and 4, and dog gone it someone was there at 11 O'Clock. Which made me happy. They are very professional. They explained to me what happened and why. They replaced the equipment.

Landline Phone Service
Installation went OK, but required 1 return trip for static on the line. Caller ID with name never functioned correctly. It only displayed names for calls from BellSouth's service area.
