Belles Piscines Pool Service

The day before the 4th of July my pool pup began making a horrendous noise. I was out-of-town, so was advised of such by my next door neighbor. I had my father go over and turn the pump off. He felt certain, based on the loud noise, that the bearings were gone, and I needed to have a new pool pump installed. The day after the 4th of July I started searching for local pool repair companies, a couple I called would not install a pool pump unless I purchased it from them, but I already had a new one that my father had purchased on-line. I called Belles Piscines and "Billy" answered. I explained the situation, to include that I would have to arrange for my father to meet him at my home with the new pool pump, and explained that the old pump was installed so close to the side of the house that it made it difficult to do any reguar maintenance on it, so I wanted the new pump installed so it was not so close to the house. Billy graciously agreed, despite his already packed work schedule, to go over on his way home to see what he would need to install the new pump. Despite his busy schedule, Billy installed the new pump, to include doing so on a Sunday morning. As I also requested, since the pool filter had been off for several days, he also checked the pool water, and added the needed chemicals. He did a great job of installing the new pump so that it will be much easier to do regular maintenance. Billy went "out of his way" to get my new pump installed as soon as easibly possible, despite his already busy workload, and since I was out-of-town, coordinated such installation with me via text and e-mail. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and will definitely be calling Billy again if I should have any future issues with my pool.

We had a pool that we wanted completely drained, but the pump and valves did not allow up to complete this ourselves. The pump kept sucking air thru the skimmmer. When I selected this company thru Angies list, called and explained to a Mr Billy, he told us he would try to make it out the same day, but would certainly call and tell us what time or day he could help us with our problem. We waited to no avail, and were not even called on either of the two numbers we gave him. We were really disappointed, completely left hanging and would never bother using this company again.

Excellent service from an honest provider

Have called Billy out twice now. Both times he responded immediately with more than fair pricing. The second call was an emergency that he needed to rush out for. We offered him additional money to pay for the emergency service which he refused. He is exceptionally honest. I had another pool service attempt for months to get the system working right and they never could. Billy worked on it that first time and it has worked perfectly since. I highly recommend him.
