Selection is very wide and beautiful displays in the showroom. Sales was very helpful and knowledgeable and placing the order and paying by phone went smoothly. A little pricey, I think, but they seem to have tiles that others do not. Went to pick up the order (that was already pulled and bundled) and it took nearly an hour. Then after bringing it all home, found one box of tile was the wrong color. Went back the next day and they exchanged it with no problem and not too much time.
READ the fine print on the quote and invoice....NO RETURNS at all. Get a second opinion if needed to make sure you order the right amount, don't order way too much for the job.
