It did not go well at all. The standard pattern for dealing with request for service includes delays and msny difficulties to clear. For example, though I was later reinbursed, I had to have my leaking roof repaired. The story usually begain with an assurance on most request that there is not a problem - which was difficult to sustain when electirical outlets were tiled over and a backsplash was never installed. When problems were discovered it was then explained as a maintenace issue even though it was noted as problem since installation.
