+ -1 moreHe really listens, takes time to understand issues. Very good with resolving issues. I really, really like him as a doctor. I have told him if I move out of town, I will buy plane tickets to come back twice a year for my appointments. It sounds extreme, but I like him that much. He's really good at what he does.

Description of Work: He is my primary care physician. I've been seeing him for about 4 years. His communication skills are top notch. He's a very warm, open, and caring physician that talks to you, not down to you. He's a talented physician with a large knowledge base. He diagnosed an early stage of melanoma when other doctors just diagnosed it as a nail fungus. The specialists dismissed it and he found it in his knowledge bank. He's the best doc I've ever had.

Description of Work: Thyroid issues for 19 yr old ..Looking for a new adult dr for college student. The female specialist didnt seem very confident in her questions . Also asked several questions several times . She was very nice just not sure of herself . My daughter has been very involved in her treatment for 3 yrs prior and almost seemed more knowledgeable that the dr.

+ -1 moreHe made recommendations to me. He has a very caring bedside manner. He spent about thirty minutes with me to answer my questions as a new patient. I did not feel rushed in any way. I brought all of my previous documentation and made recommendations based off of that information. I was his first appointment of the day and was still able to get to work on time.
Description of Work: I was there for a second opinion and to locate a closer doctor.

+ -1 moreDr. Sarabu is an excellent endocrinologist. He's kept up with all the latest trends regarding treatment of diabetes and other endocrinological disorders. He listens well and is pleasant and compassionate. His office is well-run and calm. I would recommend him to anyone I cared about.
Description of Work: Am being treated for adult-onset diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism; have been seen periodically by Dr. Sarabu for the past year.
