B&G Heating & Air

We have a house that we rent out, and we needed to replace the old heat and AC system.  B&G was very flexible and gave us a lot of information upfront without having to schedule an appointment with our tenants first.  Then they scheduled a time to view the house and give us a firm quote.  It was the lowest of three quotes we had received, and we made arrangements to do the installation the next day after we called to set the time.  They estimated about 6 hours to complete the job.
They arrived the next morning and completed the installation in about 5 hours.  I dropped by to see what they had done and was surprised to see a sturdier metal stand in place of the makeshift box the homebuilder had provided with the original unit.  The new unit is much better than what it replaced.  Our tenants commented that "those guys were great" and seemed very pleased with the results.  B&G provided a warranty for their work, but I don't expect to actually have to call them back to that particular house for many years.  The overall experience was great!

He called before leaving the office, arrived on time.  Worker announced time he started and how long the "special rate" was for.  He installed the fans and the switch and cleaned up any mess.  I would use them again.

it went very well. the team arrived on time, immediately got to work removing the old units and setting up everything that was needed for replacing. There was a small problem with the copper piping from the inside unit to the outside unit. They gave me an option on either trying to find the leak and fixing it or having it replaced. I decided considering I had all new AC units, I had them replace it

The team was very professional, was exactly what they had estimated (additional for the new copper but that wasn't known at the time)

They couldn't have been anything better. Their quote was several thousand dollars less than the other three people who gave me a quote for the same work.  They were the least expensive by a few thousand dollars on the same equipment.  They included us as a part of their bid remounting the heat pump, the inside unit; whereas, others were asking for extra money to do that.  They showed up on the day they were going to show up and finished it that day.  I have no problems whatsoever.  They are the nicest people.  They are pleasant people to deal with. I wouldn't call anybody else.  I had a bad experience with another company.  They showed up and gave me a nice six-month inspection.
