Great, prompt, worked hard and fast. Protected furniture with no dings, nicks, or scratches. I expected the job would take 3-4 hours. B&B did the moves in just under 2 hours!

They moved several antique pieces of furniture in addition to 6 rooms of traditional furniture. They handled all with care. No damage to anything and work was completed on time.

they were exactly on time. absolutely no damage. prior to the move via telephone I described my furniture
and they said it could be done in 2 hours and that is exactly how much time they took. they took special care to
put the articles in storage, so that I might get at them when needed. I will always use this mover in the future,

The guys showed up "on the dot". They jumped right in and got everything packed, took very good care of my son's belongings. They actually finished the job an hour ahead of schedule which saved me money. I would definitely use them again!!

The lead guy on this move did not speak English very well, the reason for the overall grade of B. The owner is the person who does the estimating and arranges for the service. It would be better to have the lead guy be able to speak English better.
The other two movers were excellent, moved quickly and carefully and took care with the items and with the walls and doors.
The price was a little high but was calculated by the hour instead of by the amount of items. It was necessary to do it this way and we were not taking everything on this move. The move into the storage facility went very swiftly and with no problems.

I think they under-estimated the amount of stuff we have and they actually had to get a U-haul and trail around their truck. Baymeadows Moving & Storage- North American Lines was very nice initially. They went through the stuff, packed up the house and they have to take apart a whole bunch of things because it didn't fit in the truck. When they delivered the furnitures in Texas, everything was fine except for 2 problems; there was a tear in the back of the couch and I took a picture and send it to them and it took us months for them to pay for that. The other complaint I have is that when they dropped everything off, I have to hire somebody locally to help them unpack the truck and they put nothing together that they took apart. They were on-time.

The owner was on time for appointments. The price was good. However they lost a box of about 20 expensive stuffed animals that had sentimental value to my mom (Steiff, Gund, etc.). They also lost a pair of pants to an expensive suit of mine. They also wrinkled all of my clothes that were stuffed on the bottom of the wardrobe boxes. I had to send suits to the cleaners that had just come from the cleaners.
They are very nice and professional, but you need to check to make sure they don't leave anything anywhere. The owner responds quickly to calls.
Update 12/20/2011: My mother has been hospitalized 5 times since I got to Tampa, so I just finished unpacking some boxes for the curio cabinet that I got from my Mom. B & B had packed the items from the curio at my Mom's in Jax. Some of the items were antique items that I had inheirted from family members. All of the most valuable items, like a milk glass vase from my grandmother from around 1920, were missing. Other vases and antique dishwear were gone. I now think that B&B did not misplace the stuffed animals (which were also expensive--some from Germany), they stole them. An cast iron antique door stop is also missing. My 85 year old mother has had it her whole life--she got it from her mother. I have also noticed that I am missing 2 valuable leaded crystal vases that were wedding presents. These were in my china cabinet that B&B packed.
I DO NOT recommend these movers.

"This job was done in a more than satisfactory manner. We completed anything and everything the member and her mother requested and more to ensure their happiness with our work. After we originally loaded up the truck before departure we asked the customer multiple times to do a walk through of her house to make sure nothing was left behind. After her walk through she said we can close the truck and before we did we asked her to look at the truck and how it was loaded so when it arrives at her new destination she will notice that it came the exact same way it was loaded up. The truck which is a 32ft with over cap truck was loaded top to bottom left to right with no holes for anything. When we arrived at her house and opened the truck she saw her belongings in the exact same manner from which it left Jacksonville. Once we proceeded to unload the furniture she was completely satisfied with everything and in fact a little overwhelmed with how much stuff she actually had. After everything was unloaded off the truck both her and her mothers apartment were packed full with their belongings. Before she signed our paperwork and paid us we asked her again to get on the truck and inspect it to make sure everything was off the truck and that it was clear. She did exactly that and thanked us for our hard work and signed our paperwork releasing us of all responsibility. Matter of fact she called saying again she cant find a particular box she needed, and than two days later called again apologizing saying that she did in fact find it, that it was in a pile of boxes she has not gone through yet. Now you see its quite apparent that the member is quick to throw blame and excuse us of losing items when in fact she has not even been able to unpack everything. I am almost certain that she has not gone through everything to this day because there was so much stuff. Every possible measure was taken to ensure the member was happy at the end of the job and she was because she signed the paperwork releasing us of all liability. If she is still not satisfied all she did was have to call and let us know we would have reconciled it some way. Your shocked mover,"

I originally got a quote for my move from Jacksonville Beach, Florida to Bloomington, Illinois for $4000 which I thought was a great quote. About 1 week before my move they came to my house and informed me that the original person who gave me the estimate was inexperienced and unfortunately all of our possessions would not fit on the truck. They also informed me that the price went up $1500 (to $5,500). It was so close to my move date I could not find another company with availability. Even though I was very hesitant, I decided to go with this company. We rented a personal truck to transport playground equipment and garage/attic items. On our contract it was specified that they would use a 30 foot truck and we agreed verbally that all interior furnishings would go on the B&B moving truck. On moving day they completely packed out our truck and then ended up using a smaller truck of theirs (presumably to save on the gas bill). The amount of changes at the last minute were very frustrating. We were kinda stuck because we had to meet them up at the storage unit in Illinois to supervise unloading. To be fair...this price was still the best price that we were quoted. They handled our things with professionalism/care.

They were very dependable and punctual. Anytime they said they'd do anything or call they did. They took excellent care of our furniture and kept all of it on one truck and all of our other posessions were fine when we unloaded them. I recommend them to everyone still living where we came from. Their pricing was firm and they didn't throw in any surprises.

If you are looking for an honest, on time, no hassle move call B&B Movers. These guys are the best! If they tell you they will be at your out of town location at 10am, they will be there at 957am! These are movers I trust.

They did a great job. Loaded everything fast and carefully. Once at the new house, they quickly unloaded and placed all items where we told them to. The men where both very nice. I will use them again if needed. Price charged was as quoted.

I was impressed with the speed of the move. This made a big difference in our move. The speed of the move did not result in scratched, dented, or broken items or house walls. We moved our electronics and fragile items ourselves. I would definitely use B&B again.

They did a great job. Not one thing was broken. They were fast and professional. They did have a scheduling issue that day and had to start 3 hours later than planned. They called ahead and informed me which was nice.

Service was good, and every thing got moved quickly. I paid higher than estimate (due to my own fault) i also did not have everything packed like i had hoped i would.
