Bailey's responded right away, set up an appointment and arrived on time. The technician said the noise was not a problem Right now, but a repair will eventually be needed. May get a lot more time out of the part before repair would be needed. Charged a reasonable service fee and I appreciated his honesty!

Scott arrived a few minutes early, was friendly and professional. He checked out the dishwasher and determined it was definitely the motor and pump and recommended replacing the unit. He provided recommendations for a replacement dishwasher based upon his experience. I would definitely use Bailey's Appliance Service in the future.

Scott Bailey answered my call promptly and over the phone was able to tell me exactly what he thought it was and how much I could expect to pay.  When he arrived (almost immediately - same day) the problem was just as he expected, he had the part with him, and he fixed it right then.  You can't really ask for service any better.

Scott troubleshot the problem in about 5 minutes, performed a workaround fix, then returned on a timely basis with the correct part.  Just like new.

He was very solid, efficient, and patient. He went the extra mile and cleaned my coils on the bottom. He was educational and did not try to sell me anything, he just did what he was called to do. I would definitely use him again.

We have used Baileys for over six years for work at our current home and at a previous home which we are now renting out. They have always done a great job and are very professional. On two occasions, they have suggested that we rethink getting an applicance fixed because of cost. An example is the refrigerator and also a microwave that is working fine except the pedestal does not rotate. They told us that they could fix it but because it is an older microwave, we would be better off buying a new one instead of paying them to fix that one. Their rates are very reasonable and we really appreciate the fact that they do not try to take advantage of us. We have used Bailey's about five times and have always been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.
