+ -1 moreAttempted to call for service for a broken glass in my home, but when I told him where l lived which was 11miles away from his business according to Angie's List map; He cut me off in mid sentence saying "forget that! I'm not coming way out there!" I was not very thrilled with that kind of customer service, however he did tell me the name of another glass company that is suppose to be closer to me. Hopefully they are on Angie's List.

+ 0 moreI was very impressed with Bob's (the owner) punctuality, communication, and professionalism. Plus he beat the pants off other quotes I had previously received. All windows were replaced quickly, with minimal interruption to my work day...I work at home, and he was very respectful of my schedule and when to replace to replace the windows in my office as to not disturb my meeting schedule. He was also very accommodating of my request to keep an eye out for my many cats and to not let them out of the house, which I very much appreciated. :) Definitely a vendor that I would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: I had cloudy glass replaced in 22 windows (1st and 2nd story windows). Services included removal of the old windows (other companies tried to charge me extra for that).
