Terrible Work, Awful Customer Service, Shady Business, Fake Reviews. This company will charge you an absorbant amount of money to do a half-job. We called this company with a concern about bugs getting into our house AFTER they completed they're job. $140 for absolutely nothing. They DO NOT stand behind their product. They will steal your money and not perform the service you paid them to do. Absolutely awful service. 0/10

Very well. They are punctual & professional. They take their shoes off before entering the house so they don't get any chemicals, etc. on the floors.

They come every 6 months.

GREAT !!!  Rep. showed up on time, took off shoes in my home which I didn't ask but is very important. I have small children in the home & he was very respectful of them (even brought them little goodies). Used Green products inside my home just as an extra step with my children I would and have recommended them to family & friends.

We have never had problems with them. We never really see the people who come to do the work; we never really know that they were here. With regard to price, I haven't compared prices, but they are fair.

I think it was more expensive. Because I have mostly family landscaping, there's not really as much grass as anybody else so I don't think we should pay as anybody else. What was good about them was that the grass grew and they actually killed all of the dollarweed which was really a problem. What's bad about them was that the person who was applying the pesticide applied it to my grass by mistake and burned that whole section and the company wouldn't own up to it. They said that I damaged the lawn by having a lawnmower that leaks gas but my lawnmower does not leak gas. I thought the quality was really high until what happened.

We have used them for the past 20 years. All of their people have been with them a long time, and all of their service people are very polite and very competent. We are fixing to have our big termite thing again. We had a 10 year contract. I am sure their price is in line with everybody else.

B&B were the original sprayers that the builders used in my neighborhood.  I continued to used them for about 15 years, which is when my house became infested with termites.  B&B said they don't know what happened with me getting termites. I was told that the only thing they would replace was the window sills.  I fired them.  I don't know how they could possible use quality spray and I get termites if they were doing a proper job.  I trusted them with my home for 15 years and was devastated when I got termites.  Buyer Beware

Technician showed up promptly for schedule. he offered to take of the interior portion first as I had to sleep due to working nights. was thorough in explaining each of the processes.

Everything went great service was perfect lawn tech was on time and knew exactly what was going on in my yard.

Dennis was very informative as he walked the entire house inside and out, explaining in detail what he was looking for and what I could be on the lookout for. Even though I had no areas of concern, he pointed out potential areas to be aware of. For example, although I had pea gravel on the north side of the house in lieu of gutters, It was very thin. I have since increased the thickness to 1-2 inches. He also shared a checkoff sheet used when there are problems. This was helpful for me in my day-to-day maintenance to avoid future damage. It's enough to have my house treated yearly and have no problems due to termites and other bugs. It's extremely helpful to get a little knowledge and insight to help me protect my home personally.

I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

They're reliable, friendly, punctual, and prompt. The will also work with you on scheduling, and will even send you the same guy if you request it.

Everything went well.  I have been using the company and the same technician for many years, and they are fantastic.

I have used B&B for 2 years now and wanted to take a moment to let others know how great they are. Always professional, on time, and provide great service as well as information.

They have been around forever. They are very prompt and conscientious. They provide the service that they say they would provide for the price they say. They have done my termite inspection for eighteen years. I do not have the termite bond because the people who were in this house before me messed it up, but I did have one infestation of termites which they quickly took care of, and then they encouraged me to take the Termidor treatment, and that has ended up being a very good idea. We have had no problems since then. I will be using them again in the future.

My experience has been very good.  I used them on my previous house as well and my service is even better now.  There is a different young man in charge and he is really good.  Their price is average.

They seemed to be very knowledgeable and efficient. I asked them about fire ants and they said that it was a separate thing. I am kind of neutral on them. I haven't done any research on prices. I signed up with them because I thought that there are bugs around, and I will have to wait and see about the quality of their service. Their responsiveness was good and they were on time but I haven't called them back yet. I have signed a contract for a year and I will evaluate them at the end of the year on whether to continue with them or not.

They are great. They are prompt. They take great care not to make a mess and use booties on their shoes.  They are very cordial and very thorough. We have no problems. 

They show up on time and do what they have been asked to do. 

Prices are high but all the companies charge similar fees.  In our opinion, they should all lower their prices.

We've used them for six months for spraying inside and out of our new home for the annual fee of $360.  We will continue to use their services over the years.

I recieved a call the next day to schedule the treatments as the flea is a two part operation.  They were happy to schedule the treatments around my work schedule and everything went according to plan.  The young man that did the work called me about a half hour before schedule and was there on time.  My dog is happy, I am happy, and the roaches and fleas are gone.

We'd been seeing giant cockroaches, so I called a couple of exterminators. I was interested in this one because they had an "eco-friendly program." They came to the house and gave an estimate. They returned a week later to take care of the bugs. They used an eco-friendly mixture of corncobs mixed with a few essential oils. My house smelled minty and it was safe for my kids. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I was very happy!
