Absolutely disgusted with the body repair shop. Bought my brand new 2017 explorer in Sept 2016 at the dealership (great experience actually) and was rear ended a few weeks later on Oct 4, 2016. We had it towed to this location thinking it would be best to have it repaired at the actual ford dealership who sold us the vehicle. WE WERE WRONG. Here it is TEN WEEKS later and they still have my vehicle. I have been paying for a rental OUT OF POCKET because their original 30 day MAX repair time has now turned into almost THREE MONTHS. The person "over-seeing" our repairs, Andrew Huerta and the manager of the repair shop, Michael Cochran are the most unprofessional, unreliable, unknowledgeable people I have EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. I am completely at their mercy as they hold my vehicle hostage and they are giving me no information or timeline to go by. I am so disgusted. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here for repair.

He located the correct problem and solution. I had it covered under a warranty at another dealer. Just wanted to thank them and ask the service manager about another problem, not under warrenty about my 2006 Lincoln nav front air shocks loosing compression, but as soon as we move the car a few feet front or back or go over a bump, it triggers it and it pumps back up. Then it will adjust about an inch down and sit there forever, but ultimately, it will sink again. Stumped and not looking forward to $$$, I just wish I could know the price to fix it there or some scenario with prices before I bring it in and pay another 100. just to know whats wrong, but I understand cost and effect.

I was having a problem for that long a period of time. I went to three different new car dealerships until the third one fixed the problem. They charged me way too much and they charged me for stuff I didn't need.  You can't keep running and running because I spend a lot of money lining up on Landing Boulevard. First I went to Auto Nation then I went to Ford because I drive a Mercury and they are the same. Then I  went to North Florida at Lincoln Mercury and they charged me $300 to do something that shouldn't have been 20 bucks. They kept blaming the spark plugs because the new car places say that you got to use what the manufacturer put in. Nobody else believes that and I don't believe it either. I didn't have Motorcraft's spark plugs in my car and they told me that was the problem. I kept telling them that wasn't the problem. When I went to Auto Nation, they told me which spark plugs were malfunctioning. There were only two out of the eight. I changed them and I put the old Motocraft's spark plugs in them too and it made a damn good difference. I kept hollering at them and they finally kicked me out of the dealership. I was mad and I wanted to talk to the Manager and he was never there. It don't make a difference how bad the customer is, you don't bad mouth them. You don't tell them not to come back. I wasn't mean and nasty but I wasn't going to give them what they wanted to experiment.

TRANSMISSION REPAIRED, WHEN DRIIVING ON THE HIGHWAY THE SAME DAY THE WAS A NOISE FROM THE

FRONT OF THE CAR WHEN STOPPING.. CALLED BETTY PADGETT WITH THE COMPLAINT AN APPOINTMENT WAS

SCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY 09/03/2013.

WAS TOLD BY BETTY PADGETT THE NOISE FRON THE FRONT END WAS BEING CAUSED BY THE STRUT MOUNTS

NEEDING REPLACE. SHE STATED THE STRUTR WAS NOT TOUCHED WHEN TRANSMSSION REPAIRS WAS REPAIRED

I FEEL IF THE STRUTS WAS DAMAGED IT WHILE IN THEIR CARE WHILE MAKING TRANSMISSION REPAIRS.

NEW CHARGES FOR THIS SERVICE WOULD BE ALMOST $800.00 OF WHICH NONE IS COVERED BY THE EXTENDED

WARRANTY.

I HAD MY CAR SERVICED THERE BEFORE, BUT I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH AND TRUST OF ESTABLISHMENT AND I

WILL LET IT BE KNOWN USING ALL VENTURES OF THE INTERNET. (FACEBOOK, TWITTER ETC.)

My experience was pretty good. My transmission failed so they brought it in and kept it for few days and replaced it with another transmission at no cost to me. They gave me a rental car and they were great except for the fact that the one they put in also failed. They took it back and replaced it. They were very professional and did it quickly. I love them. They were having some issues with those years so to accommodate I guess Nissan did that and they moved the actually warranty on the transmission from 6000 miles to 12000 miles so that's why it is covered and I thought that was great.

My wife is disabled and so I was looking for a mini van that would meet her specific needs and enough space to keep a wheelchair.   After researching vehicles I narrowed my choice to three vehicles and ultimately choose a Nissan Quest.
The salesman, Bruce Reeves, was very understanding of my wife's situation and allowed me to take the vehicle home to test drive and to see if it met my wife's needs.  We later went to the Dealership and took another test drive with my wife to make sure that his was the right vehicle for her.
The entire process took several weeks and during that time Mr. Reeves was very professional and allowed us to make the right decision without being making us feel like we were being hurried in our decision.  I can't say enough about the way Mr. Reeves handled himself and would recommend that anyone considering a Nissan vehicle should ask to see him at Mike Shad Nissan.  You will enjoy the experience and be glad that you choose him as your salesman.
The rest of the staff that I dealt with at this dealership during the final purchasing process were very courteous and helpful.
