.Terrible. We bought the truck under the condition that they would make sure the air was working correctly, because when we were test driving we informed them the air didn't seem right. The guy said it was normal, but they would make sure it was fixed. The truck stayed at their shop 2- 3 days. They called and said the truck was finished so I picked it up. Once we were home the truck was already running hot. . We called and were told to bring the vehicle back. My wife brought it back and we made sure to ask about our truck (bc we hadn't even had 1 day with our new truck). We were reassured by our salesman not to worry because they always take care of their military. We ended up bringing our truck back about 2 to 3 more times because it kept running hot by the time we got home. At this point I was pretty disappointed in Auction Direct service so I told them I was unhappy with the truck and just wanted my Nissan Frontier back. They searched around for 10 or so minutes before they came back and informed me that they had sent my Frontier off to auction to be sold and that there was nothing they could do to get it back. I was furious but they said there was nothing they could do. We were then sent to speak with the manager. He told us he had sold it and we were either stuck with the ram or we could take a very low sum of money that wouldn't even buy back the frontier that we originally had. My wife and I requested a year warranty (on the ac only) and the manager basically told us we were idiots for even thinking of such a think. That the truck was fixed(although we had been told it was "fixed" three or four times already. He told me that he could give 3 months warranty but even that to him was ridiculous(and we should know this as ridiculous too). We argued over it for a while but he wouldn't budge and we were stuck. We even reminded him of all the times my wife had asked him about our truck while ours was in the shop and he basically said "oh well" he had nothing to do with it. So I left for deployment a couple weeks later and left the truck with my pregnant wife as her only means of transportation. It did work the rest of the summer (about a month then it was winter...when it was spring and my wife turned it on...it didn't work_ My wife sent me a message that the air didn't work. She had gone back home to stay with her parents while I was on deployment which was 650 miles away from the Auction Direct store. After I got back from deployment I called them to asked if their was anything they could do to help me out. They said "yeah we can fix it, for about $1000". I was then sent to school on the other side of Florida, when we came back several months later my wife called them again since we were in town speaking with the manager and salesman. They were not quick to call us back and basically told us "oh well". We were then transfered to California (we drove with no air) and soon to be 110 degrees here. So summary 3 years later now and it still isn't fixed because I can't afford it. We would like to remind them how they didn't support the military...and telling you that to answer all of your questions is not a reply to the questions we asked them. Thanks Auction Direct.
