Gray was responsive immediately to the voice mail I left. He was tied up on another job but texted me with information such as pricing and availability.
He and his partner arrived timely and immediately went to work. I would say the job took about 3.5 hrs. He offered tips/suggestions on taking care of the tables, cues, etc. and readily answered my questions. He had a good personable friendly nature which is nice when you have a stranger in your home and have questions for them. He shared he guarantees his work and will come back out if I discover any problems. I would expect that but it is good of him to say that without me inquiring.
I had three quotes and two were at the $400 mark with the other over $400. My perspective is this isn't cheap given the felt would have been $125 if I purchased on my own. But that is why you get quotes...market pricing is what drives any labor focused transaction, not your personal opinion/perspective. I think I could have gotten lower offers but I screened before considering a contractor. If they didn't show up on Angie's list, didn't have any reviews (yelp, Angie's, whatever), and didn't have a website to review their offerings I felt it was too risky despite perhaps getting a deal price.

Gray arrived on schedule and call in advance to let me know they were en route.
Water was drained in advance along with power was removed.
Team was very cautious and careful not to damage jacuzzi.
Move went well and took about two hours. Certainly more work than I had anticipated, but Gray and team were very knowledgeable and efficient.
Would use Atlas Billiards Service again.

Company was responsive to questions about estimates and services provided (no surprise costs such as long distance hauling or dealing with stairs).
Moving team was on time and quick on the dismantle and delivery of table.
Team was thorough on the install and re-felt, including setup/placement recommendations and small touches, like staining the wood surfaces.
