Atlantic Marble Company Inc

In the beginning (end of October), the company was very responsive. They arrived as planned to measure and template the job. The estimated price was acceptable. After the siding pieces were produced, the installers arrived to install the pieces. Everything was going well until the installers cut the holes for the faucet and shower in the wrong place. That panel had to be remade. This is where the company became unresponsive. Getting the last panel installed was a struggle. Once we managed to get the installer to arrive and put in the last panel, the corner shelf unit and trim pieces were not installed. Apparently, they had not been produced, even though these items were on the work order. We continued to call trying to arrange the completion of this project, but the company was even more responsive than they had been after the first mistake. In early December, the installer finally arrived and finished putting in all of the pieces. When the plumber returned to finish installing the faucet and shower head, he noted that two screws for the brand new faucet were missing and the hole for the shower was off-center and he could not remove the temporary plug he had installed while the cultured marble was being installed. He called Atlantic Marble and was told the installer would call him back. Long story short, the plumber is having to special order the screws and still has not finished the shower. Christmas will be here soon. A finished bathroom is on my list for Santa.
