I can't say enough good things about my experience. The woman who answered the phone tried to help me troubleshoot and then put Calvin on the line to try to troubleshoot and save me time and money. When it was clear my Opener had died he recommended the cheapest option and told me I could buy the parts on my own if I wanted to save money. He came the next day and did a great job. I can't imagine anyone else on this list being any better. Thanks Calvin

I got a call at the time when the owner of Atlantic Coast Garage Door said he'd call; he gave me a 45 minute update on his arrival. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Calvin happened to have a garage door battery with him, so he was able to swap out my battery on the spot. It cost much less than I had been told by other company spokespeople I called before him. He showed me how to key the new hand held opener; in fact he held a one person workshop on how to keep my garage door opener in good repair and functioning. I will call him in a year when I need maintenance done again because I had a good experience with him.

Calvin is old school, doesn't treat you as a revenue opportunity to be exploited. After one of the bigger garage door companies on Angie's List claimed I needed to replace everything, including the door itself, then fell back to insisting on a lot of unneeded repairs for $1,046, Calvin came and charged me to fix the only actual problem I had - a snapped cable. He did some maintenance, explained the maintenance I should do in the future, and re-attached a loose opener button to the wall. He told me the door is old, but still works well and probably will last a long time. Total cost was $111.75. He came when promised, got the repair done promptly, and was agreeable to work with. His wife Brenda, who made the appointment for me, was very nice on the phone and accommodated the constraints of my work schedule.

The service went GREAT! Calvin was prompt and very professional. He gave me several options and made suggestions that actually saved me money. Excellent customer service!

The repair was done at our rental property. I called in the morning and Brenda was very nice, giving me a quote with no pressure and not surprises.  After making several calls they had the best price so I called back and set up the appointment.  The appointment went seamlessly, my tenant was thrilled and said Calvin was very professional and pleasant.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service was excellent! He was on time; extremely courteous and honest.  Did not try to overcharge or perform unnecessary work.  Highly recommend this company.
