My wife and I purchased our home at the end of May 2012.  We were renovating an older home and were in need of a dumpster and garbage service (due to all the construction waste).  We called multiple dumpster providers in Jacksonville, and Arwood Waste quoted us with the cheapest rate.  That should have been the first red flag.  The dumpster was delivered that weekend.  The second red flag was that the dumpster looked like it was from the 1970's considering the amount of rust (which eventually made it on to our driveway).  One thing to note...Arwood does not provide disclaimers for additional charges that you WILL receive, and they charge your credit card for these "additional" services in advance.  Well, I do not take kindly to receiving invoices 4-5 weeks after I paid the original dumpster, and for services that we never performed and cannot be verified.  For example, we were charged a "White Goods" fee that applies to appliances disposed in the dumpster.  We NEVER put a appliance in the dumpster, because Lowe's came and hauled ALL our old appliances away when they replaced them with new ones.  But of course, their Customer Service is trained to "brush" off these questions in order to turn a profit for the company.  This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.  They have no sense of Customer Service and only care about turning a profit.  As we speak, I am submitting an inquiry to the Better Business Bureau.  Please avoid the headaches (and additional charges you will inevitably experience) and choose someone else.
