All of the old roof material was thrown into a truck which they asked for permission to drive up close to the house. They worked steadily until lunch. My husband got up on the roof and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. They continued to work until 7pm. All of the trash was cleaned up before they left for the day.
The next day they arrived at 6:45am and finished in the eary afternoon. The county inspector came both days to check the work and okayed everything. Again they cleaned everything up before they left including sweeping with a magnet to get up any nails.
The county inspector came back again to check the finished roof and all was good.
The roof looks great and we would hire them again.
"Installation seems OK. No leaks so far. This is a sad Review by this Home Owner. The Home owner hired a General Contractor to hire a roofing contractor to roof the home. If the installation is ok and it don't leak. The roof obviously passed its roofing inspections and the price was obviously right to the general contractor. so It makes common sense the C rating does not rest with roofing contractor although that is where it is resting. (shaking my head) :-)"
