Arpin Van Lines - Stewart M&S of Jacksonville

Items arrived on the designated day. Arpin central office did an excellent job of communicating with us and providing us contact phone numbers so we could easily communicate with them.  We were advised of the location of the truck, and the driver called us the evening before arrival and the morning of arrival to be sure we were ready.  All items had been packed in the truck as indicated (boxes marked "UP" were in up position).  We had no loss from breakage.  Some minor damage was found, but this was due to storage in Denver (for 4 years) and crating and uncrating storage crates.  The Arpin people were professional, polite, accurate, and very responsive to all our inquiries.  The unpacking at our home in Jacksonville was handled with care and done efficiently.  The crew removed all paper and boxes that were unwrapped when delivered.  They placed the heavy items where we asked them to be placed.  We were very happy with this service and will use them again!
This response was delayed until now because after the delivery we had to travel to So America for an extended period.  We thought we should give Arpin the review they deserve - Excellent Job!
