1st visit - I brought in and requested repair of only one boot. Owner pressed me to bring the second boot to insure that comparable repairs were made to both. I insisted that I only needed one boot repaired. He accepted the one boot for repair, promised completion in one week. 2nd visit, one week later - Owner could not find my first boot, even when I showed him the second boot that I brought in. He pressed me to leave the 2nd boot to repair both the same. I objected, as a waste of my time and not what I had requested, but I left the 2nd boot! 3rd visit, one week later - I waited 30 minuets while we dealt with another unhappy customer with a similar situation. I paid $16 for the 2 boot repair and polish. Said that I would not return because of the extreme hassle associated with his approach to customers.
