This is the worst experience of our lives. In an attempt to send my grand daughter flowers for her 5 th grade graduation, The driver knocked over my daughter's cast iron mail box. When she called the driver and asked about the mailbox, he admitted to hearing a loud noise when backing up and stated "I must have hit the mailbox" ( he was on speaker phone so my family heard him) then wanted to know if he had to pay for the mail box. My Daughter called the owners and explained what had happen. My daughter had to call them back several times leaving messages, finally getting through the next week, for the driver to recant his statement and the owners offering no support. The owners claiming there was no damage to the car and the driver told them he did not do it. The driver then got on the phone and recanted his statement. My daughter is now out $700 for a mailbox. The owners were rude, the driver can not be trusted and I would never recommend this florist. Thanks Arlington Florist for ruining my grand daughter's 5 th grade graduation celebration. And the flowers were wilted and did not last more than 2 days:(

I recently moved to the Arlington area and needed flower services. I tried Arlington Flower Shop and was pleasantly surprised by the service provided and the attention to detail they provided. I have used them several times since then and have been happy with the services each time. I would and have on several occasions recommended them to friends and family.
