A landscaping contractor recommended Keith @ Arbor Pro when he found out another reputable local company (whom we had used before) told us we would have to wait 2 months due to their schedule. Keith came out the same day we called him and scheduled our tree trimmings and removals for one week later. The crew members were all hard working and professional, and cleaned up well after themselves. They had about 5 or 6 pieces of machinery in our yard to do the work. Keith was well informed about the trees. He advised us that the laurel oak was aging but probably not sick overall and advised us to trim the branches with decay instead of cutting down the entire tree -- saving us about $3,000. His price for doing all this work was about $600 less than the other contractor we were going to use, for whom we would have had to wait about 2 months.

I have used this company before. Keith came out to give me estimate, and started the work the next day! My husband called to see how it was  going. He wanted to know how much it would have to do when he got home. They cleaned up everything. Blew the driveway and walkways. The workers were very polite and professional. They were done in one day!

The company owner Keith McCammon knew his business and was very knowledgeable as an Arborist. He was called in to consult about removing a very large Live Oak that would certainly have cost at least four figures to remove. His analysis indicated the tree was not the menace I believed it to be and simply needed proper trimming and removal of two smaller trees that inhibited proper canopy growth of the Live Oak. His crew cleaned up after themselve completely and left no signs of their being there earlier in the day (other than two missing trees and a properly trimmed Live Oak). I highly recommend him for any work you may need done.

I have used them several times in the past. They are a great company and we were definitely happy with the owner, Keith. Their prices are on the high side but I believe that is due to the fact that he is an arborist as opposed to somebody who just cuts trees. He takes great pride in what he does and makes sure he does things the right way. He is very professional, polite and listens to what you say. He offers his thoughts on the best way to do something and why he chooses what he says. He is very attentive and tries to be on time for his appointments. I think what they do is great.

Keith did a great job.  He cut down a number of trees on our property.  He seemed well informed regarding what would cause a problem and while wanting to preserve as many trees as possible.  He was timely and efficient; and had a good sense of the effect of removing and pruning would have with regard to maintaining the overall feel and appearance of the exterior landscaping.

The trees that he worked on were really big.  I would recommend him to everybody.  He is very good, knowledgeable, and is always polite.  He is not at all disrespectful to us.  The price is always high but that is not his fault, it is just the nature of the business.

Everything was accomplished in a timely manner.  The work was precise, accurate and non damaging to the two live oak tree's.  I have used this tree service on numerous occasions over the past years and have always been pleased with the outcome.  I feel that they are very reasonable in pricing their job.  They chipped all of the branches that had been removed and cleaned up any dead branches that I had not even noticed prior to my call to them for an estimate.  They blew off the residue from my roof and even cleaned my gutters.  When the crew was finished with cleaning up my roof, gutters and yard, they went to the street where the chipper had been at work and completely cleaned the area.  Can't ask for more than that.  

The tree had starting uprooting after that bad tropical storm, and as time went on, it got worse and there was no way we could stand it back up and it survive. It had to be taken down. So he came out with one of his regular guys and two guys that he hired for the day and they anchored it to another tree to guide the sections, as they were cut. They chipped it right there and took it away. I videotaped it and it's on U-Tube under tree removal.
