Not good- the guy Jason should not have come because it was too complicated of a fix, he didn’t want to work on LG which I was clear about stating the brand in my request. He stayed around 5 minutes took panel off looked at it and said he couldnt do it but charged me the $80 for showing up which wasn’t that big of deal for him since he was in the neighborhood on another call anyway- totally wasted my time and money and i feel ripped off because rec’d no kind of benefit from his visit. My dryer was not drying my clothes on a normal cycle. There was lint on my clothes, they were wrinkled,and the lint trap was not trapping the lint. I was recommended to Michael Miller from a member of my church. I called him and he came to my house the next morning. When he inspected it he found that not only was my vent clogged but the vent pipe was an underground pipe that needed to be cut, cleaned, and refitted. He also took the shell of my dryer apart to clean the inside. He spent a total of 2 hours and charged me $150.00. He told me that a company would charge about $120.00 an hour. So he saved me a total of $90.00. After he left I didn't just take his word for it, I called a couple companies and he was right, they wanted to charge me anywhere from $250.00 to 325.00. I was very pleased with his service and he was the nicest man I've met in a while. Thank You Michael Miller! If every I have an appliance problem I will call you!

It sucked!!! We are in $730 for a $40 part!! Stay away from this company!
