i hired them & they arrived the first 2 months as agreed!! when i was paying my bills i noticed they didn't send me a bill for the 2nd service so i left several text with mike who i assumed is the owner& got no response!! i have called several times & not given the courtesy of a call saying they don't want me as a customer!! if you want dependability & communication i would not recommend apex. i do see the great reviews that are on their website, all i can say is mike has a big family!!!

When it was discovered that 4 more trees needed to be pruned ( after Alex pruning had already done the job ), Spex pruning went there s 2nd time & chopped down 5 trees ( one more tree than was requested ). Also gave me the best estimate. Cheapest & best performance.
