Well, first I called him and I left a voice mail. He responded in a day. He was on another job when I called.
He came out to a few pictures and gave me a quote on the spot. He also asked if wanted the stump grounded.
Come to find out that's not include and it was an extra cost. Not to much so I had it done.
The very next day I came home from work around 5 PM and my tree was gone. The stump was still there. Well due to the size of the tree they came out the next day and ground up the stump.
Jimmy was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure all the brush was cleaned up after he was done.
Since then my neighbor on the left and a few limbs removed off there trees. I think the cost for him was 300.
The neighbor on my right had a HUGE 40 year old oak tree removed and was growing to close to the house.
that was gone in a day too. I think the cost for his was about 100 more than mine with the stump removed. Not 100% sure.
I've been quoted in the past for the same tree and other tree services wanted close to 2000 vs 1500 and that was with out the stump removal.
