My 13 year old dog had unusual symptoms and no-one had been able to find a reason. Dr. Wodehouse and team worked continuously until they found the issue. Even after the initial finding they kept monitoring my little girl, and called to check on progress until she was regulated and back to normal!
They went over and beyond to make sure my pets were healthy and happy, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I completely trust the Dr.'s and their judgement when it comes the the well-being of my pets.
The staff greeted my dogs like members of the family; held them, loved them and just took such good care of them. Every time I am there WE get the same wonderful treatment.

Excellent visit. Everyone from start to finish was professional and very nice. Dr. Flood and his staff are top notch. He spent quality time with us. I was so pleased with the visit.
They obviously love what they do. I highly recommend Animal Care at Twin Lakes. This was by far the best experience I have had since moving to the area. I am very picky when it comes to my four legged children. I immediately called my husband and let him know about the visit. He was so happy that I and quot;finallyand quot; found our vet and animal care facility.

Neuter

They are wonderful. Dr. Flood is the best veterinarian in Jacksonville. About a year ago my dog was paralyzed, she had a back injury, and we went there, we did not know him, we went there because I was concerned that what the other veterinarian told me was not correct. So we went to see him on a Saturday morning when he was so busy, and he stopped his whole practice just to attend to my dogs needs.

He was wonderful, he explained everything great, then he called me every single day for about three or four days to make sure my dog was okay. He was just out of this world great, just wonderful. He's great, great, great. I will never go to another vet.

Pet boarding

As I was new to Jacksonville, I needed a vet for my 5-year-old dog. Saw good reviews for Dr. Flood and gave him a try. I am very impressed with him. He takes the time to talk to you and explain everything. I feel like my dog is in excellent hands. But this vet is NOT cheap. I recommend that you get an estimate of costs before you have anything done (which they are happy to provide), or you might faint when the bill is presented. The office staff and assistants are pleasant and the wait times aren't too long.

They have a great staff. They are very friendly. They treated my dog so good. They are very caring and he takes time to call at home to follow up on test results. They have great follow up.

I am always greeted by a caring staff person at the front desk. Wait times are usually brief. Dr. Flood is a very caring, personable and learned as well as very intuitive about my dog. He is the best! He always explains things and is caring and concerned. You can leave your pet there while they run their tests. The vet assistants take them in the back, behind the office, where there's a clean, grassy play area. They aren't cheap, but they are good. My dog always has a good experience there and it shows when I bring him back, he's eager to greet the staff. I cannot recommend them more highly. Although there are other vets there, ask for Dr. Flood to see your pet.

Dog's tongue turned blue at vac.. Took her to regular vet, Dr. Plant, who was not in. Saw a very inexperienced vet at Herschel. Baby was obviously failing over weekend. Did research and saw favorable reports for Dr.Bryan Flood. He was so caring-spent long time explaining heart failure-way beyond any vet (except Dr. Plant who retired).

He explained he could give expensive tests but the treatment for his heart failure was the same regardless of cause. Further ,he said 2 of the prescriptions could be gotten at a human pharmacy in generic form and he would fax authorization. .One medicine was only available in pet form and suggested I do an online search for best price and he would also fax approval for them.

TWO hours after I returned home, HE (not assistant) called to check on my little angel. His asst. called again later that day and the following. Had a sad ending-baby was just too ill but what a wonderful, caring, and compassionate vet..

Many of my neighbors use Dr. Flood and they all rave about him and he gives discount for Sweetwater residents.

I can't recommend him enough. He really went way beyond to help my little darling. And he seemed at ease w/ Dr. Flood. That never happens.All you animal lovers know what a heartbreaking experience that is and Dr. Flood's compassion, knowledge, and gentile way made it so much easier. He's my permanent vet now.

It went well and is still going. I took my kitten in for shots, also got him neutered on another visit. I've left him there for a few days and believe that the folks there are very caring. I trust my kitten gets good care there.

This place is wonderful. They are awesome at handling our cat and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very responsive and make sure to give my cat a lot of tender loving care when she is there. The whole place has a wonderful staff and I am very pleased.
