"LG lemon washing machine but shoot the messenger LG usually makes a great Washing machine. But in this case they made a lemon. This machine is just like new but out of warranty Initial service visit: The drain pump is dripping and needs replaced. . On our return visit we installed the new drain pump and subsequently discovered this second leak, a rare issue of a broken bleach dispenser water inlet port We ordered this part from LG and found that LG had discontinued this part but LG supplied an alternate part. We returned to install this part and found it not compatible with this machine. At this point the customer requested that we just disable this bleach dispenser option. This is against our policy but in this case the part has been discontinued. So, since this presents no safety issues, we followed our customers request. From start to finish, we followed our clearly disclosed service rates policy updating our customer along the way. At the end we even offer a $75 discount as consolation. But our customer decided to attack us instead of LG, the manufacture of this washing machine. Clearly LG produced a lemon but the customer shot the messenger. At its conclusion our service visit cured the primary concern of the water leak and restored the washer to regular service minus a bleach dispenser option"

"Honor and integrity are paramount at AmTech We installed a brand new Whirlpool garbage disposal conducting tests before departing The customers home Our customer insisted that it did not work. So, we returned to find a perfectly functional disposal. We installed the New customer purchased disposal at no charge to this customer But since our customer had already stated that they were stopping payment on the check and it was an out-of-state check from a local credit union in California there was a hold placed on any refund of the disposal for 10 business days. This was stated upfront to our customer that they would be refunded on the 18th. They were refunded on the 18th instantly through Venmo. Customer confirmed Customer states in review that we refused to refund them. We never stated verbally or in writing such thing. On the contrary, we told them on 18 July they would be refunded and they were. We delayed our response for a few days. But unfortunately this customer did not take the opportunity to retract these false statements"

The previous servicer as replace the compressor and other things within the sealed system. At my arrival, The system was producing good cold temperatures but there are other issues. They’re not responsive for a week. Then, they return hostile creating an extremely negative hostile and even potentially entrapping return work environment with unreasonable demands."

"Our most difficult of service visit is when the appliance is not broken, does not exhibit the symptoms of which our customer is concerned and reports. During our visit, we listened to our customers concerns regarding both the washer end the Range We also typically have the factory technical manuals on site during the service visit which were extensively used during this visit. the washer tested normally in full service mode tests with no codes provided by our customer or recovered by our technician. Likewise, the Range operated perfectly normally during our visit. Our technician scanned and studied using the factory service technical manual during the visit conducting every test with a normal result. Yes, there was an apprentice and so it was a teaching opportunity but also communicates to our customer our findings as tests are conducted and results observed Communication is very important during the service visit and the details of our findings during our service visit we’re transparent We researched the symptom with the LG range about an intermittent issue and there were no such reports. Unfortunately, like the doctors visits, both patients were quite healthy during the visit"
