Was able to get a home inspection last minute. Oren was able to fit me in his tight schedule.Arrived 30 minutes before our agreed time, inspection was approximately 2 hours. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Price will vary based on the size of your house. Highly recommended!

Got them to do a complete home inspection. I dealt with the owner through the whole experience. Called and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours . Owner showed up on time after a short introduction he went to work and had a complete report done in a few hours. Prompt service, quality work, nice owner. Would definitely recommend!

My insurance company recommended a wind mitigation inspection to potentially help lower my premium and recommended American Inspections of Jax. Oren was fantastic! I called on a Friday to set up an appointment and Oren came out on Monday. I was honestly expecting to have to wait a week or two so that was a huge plus right out the gate to get an appointment the next business day. He was on time, quick and thorough. Once he left, he emailed the final report within an hour. Again, that is huge not having to wait days for the report. I was able to submit the report to my agent and my premium was adjusted the next day. The wind mitigation inspection was very affordable too! Highly recommend American Inspections of Jax.
