 + -1 moreGlenn McMillan produced an organized, thorough and detailed 27 page report. He called out all the areas that need to be repaired per Florida building codes. This has made the walk through more productive and reduced the back and forth. I plan to have him return to review the repairs are done correctly. Awesome work all around and he also gave me tips on things to do to save on the Home Owners Insurance costs.
Description of Work: Warranty Inspection for our new home construction, in preparation for the 10 month walk through by the builder.
