Ann and her team came and reviewed all the stuff which remained at the house and agreed to do the sale for us coordinating with our realtor since we were out of state. It was a fairly small estate which some companies were not willing to take on, but Ann agreed to do it for her standard fees (which were comparable to other estate sale companies we talked to). She had good communication with me and our real estate agent and did a great job getting everything that didn't sell to a charity and cleaning the house up for the new owner. She then gave us a full spreadsheet accounting of the sale and sent a check for the agreed upon proceeds promptly after closing the sale. I would recommend her if you had a similar need.

Amber Lane personnel completely set up and ran the estate sale professionally and fairly.  They were very responsive to our needs and flexible when we were running behind in moving out.  A top notch company!  They have a sliding scale for their fees, which were competitive and sometimes even better than other companies.  They were knowledgable about our possessions (we had many types of collectibles).

Always arrived at agreed upon time. Very helpful in decisions on downsizing from large home to an 1500 sq ft. apartment. Conducted estate sale at old location. Made all arrangements for physical move and packed and unpacked at new home. Arranged furniture, hung pictures, etc.. Would use again and recommend highly.
