This is a very nice product and could have been a very positive experience! However, the job was sloppy and our Installer did not seem to care about the quality of his work. We had them come back and fix some problems and still it was unfinished and several parts are done very unprofessionally. Met the Owner at Home Show and was very impressed wth product. Jeff was very professional and did what he said he would do. The doors are very nice but overall feel it was overpriced for the quality of detail we received.

Jeff was very professional, and punctual, work completed on time. The negatives were the odor was horrible, ripped my wallpaper off with the tape,dIdnt make good on it,and then months later the surface started to peel, still waiting for them to make good on it.

The service was inexpensive and pretty quick and the remodeling looks really nice. We did a little problem with the peeling.

They were on time and did a good job but I did not like the appearance of the final results.

We contacted this company to see what could be done to resurface our laminate countertop without replacing it. The owners of the company, Jeff and Sandy, showed up as scheduled to do the job, which was to take one day..Upon completion of the job, my wife and I noticed a good portion of the laminate countertop corner seams were visible, with one area completely separated from the wood underneath. This was not separated before the job was started. I believe when sanding the surface in preparation for applying the primer, this area was sanded too much, causing the laminate to separate. The owner of the company, Jeff, (who also did the actual work), told us when he initially sold us the job, that all seams and edges would be totally covered by his product, thus giving the appearance of a solid surface countertop (a point also emphasized in his promotional video on Angie's List). When these issues were pointed out to Jeff, he said he hadn't even noticed them (there were also two holes in the backsplash that weren't fill or coated that we found after they left).I believe this is because his main goal was to rush and finish the job as quickly as possible. We were told the process involved up to 13 coats of primer, finish coat, and sealer, but I don't see how that was possibly done in the short time it took to apply the coatings. Sandy told us the earliest they could return to complete the job (she referred to it as "touch-up work") would be almost 5 weeks later, on April 12th. I made the mistake of trusting them and paying the balance in full that day. I called later to see if there was any way they could return earlier than April 12th and was told that every effort would be made to try and return earlier, and was told they would stay in contact with me to discuss finishing the job before April 12th. At this time, Jeff assured me he would be able to correct the problems with the exposed seams and separated edge. Well, I was contacted one time after that and then heard nothing until I called April 10th to see if they were still coming on the 12th. These owners apparently think that not answering their phone when a customer calls is a good way to run a business, because every time I called, they never answered -- always went to voicemail. When they returned to finish the job, once again they seemed to be in a hurry (and not too happy to be there) and rushed to complete the project. The touchups they did failed to remedy the issues of the visible corner seams and separated edge. When I told Jeff I was not satisfied with the end result, he stated "I did the best I could do", picked up his equipment and left without even a goodbye or any effort to resolve the problem I had with the quality of work that was done. I believe this product would be a good, lower cost alternative to replacing a countertop if done by someone who took the time and made every effort to do it right. Unfortunately for my wife and me, that was not the case with this company.

We booked an appt. for services/product and they arrived two weeks later. We gave them a $500. deposit and paid balance upon finishing the job.
1) They were at our home for approx. 9 hours and it made for a very long, and awful smelling day. They swore the paint product that they used did not smell, that turned out not to be true. It was terrible smelling and made allergies/coughing/asthma act up for days afterwards. The owner wore a respirator, that's how bad it is.
2) They finished the bathroom sinks, and 2 tubs and told me to look at them. We looked and everything, one bathroom sink (upstairs) was just finished and was somewhat wet. The owner said, it would be fine and to call if there were any issue he'd come back and fix it.
3) The bathroom upstairs is a guest bath that no one really uses, because all of our rooms are downstairs, except guest bath/room.
I went upstairs and found that the sink had not dried properly. In fact, the paint looks melted or sagged in one corner. I called the company, left a message and got no answer. I called again, the next day, left a message and finally two days later, the women ( I believe she is the wife of the owner), called me back. I made an appt. with the company to come out in two days, to our home, to look at sink and fix it. No one ever showed up, nor did they call. I called back to see if something had happened, left a message and no one called me back. Then, I called again, left a message and stated the I would contact BBB if they prefer not to honor their written 10- yr warranty.
I am now reporting them to Angie's List.

After my last voice mail message to the company, AND a filed BBB negative report AND an Angie's list F review, I got a call back. They stated they had been in Orlando on jobs for 3 weeks and could not get back to me (??). They scheduled an appt. with me to fixed the botched sink refinishing and came out unorganized a week later, with no paperwork and with no recollection of the color paint used. Thankfully, I had my receipt/paperwork and gave them to color. They left and told me they would be back the next day at lunch and would call. They called after 3 and did not return until after 4:00 PM. They were here about 15-20 mins.. They repainted the portion of the sink that was faulty, BUT it is still very bumpy in the spot they refinished. I am not pleased with "quickie" refinished job. I would NOT recommend or use them again.

On July 25th Jeff and Sandy arrived as scheduled and applied their surface treatment to our Master bathroom floor. I was required to have the toilet removed prior to him working on the floors. Jeff masked off various areas around the bathroom, along the walls, over the vanity, etc. He then began spraying the base coat to the floor followed by flocking and then applies the top coat that takes approx 8-10 hrs to dry. He returned on 4 Aug to do our hall bathroom floor in the same manner as he done the other one. He informed us after finishing the Master bathroom floor that if we saw any areas that needing touching up he would take care of them when he returned. He did just that and also told us to let him know if there were any areas that required touch up in the hall bathroom and he would return to take care of them. We were very impressed with the service and quality of the covering installed on our floors and the professionalism of Jeff and Sandy. This surface treatment comes with a 10 yr warranty for materials & labor.
