This was the worst conctractor / handyman service I have ever run into in my life. The job quality was beyond horrendous! Without exaggeration, a 15 year old with a little instruction could have done a better job with the tile and paint work this company did! Now the price was incredible though! It was over half as much as my 2nd cheapest price quote - but now I know why! I truly got what I paid for (well I take that back - no I didn't even get what I paid for). I was quoted about $3000 for labor + parts of about $1800 and told that all receipts would be saved and provided to me to show proof of materials. I was quoted 2 weeks to complete everything but the job took 7 weeks (and they never even finished some parts of it - they abandoned it) and parts came in around $2700 - $900 more than expected. I believe the additional materials costs was primarily due to 2 things: 1) Horribly sloppy work - The constant mistakes they made that required them to keep buying more tile, and the gobs and gobs of paint they wasted with slapping way too thick coats of paint on which then needed to be re-done because they weren't even remotely smooth. 2) A very not-thorough estimation of what the job required. There were so changes requested in the job along the way, but not even close to $900 worth. I could go on for ever saying how they didn't caulk half the joints they painted, didn't paint the sides of half of the window frames and door jams, how there isn't a single tile in my shower set at a perfect 90 degree angle, how they used soooo much gray tile mud that they couldn't hide it all with the white grout, and then how they left all that white grout all on the tile for a week so it was almost impossible to remove! And then I could explain to you how it took me a full day to scrub the tile with Muratic Acid to remove the dried grout and how I nearly fainted a dozen times from the odor of it, but eventually got the grout clean. Or I could explain how on MULTIPLE occasions, Ronnie Smith told me that our he had "the right to change our contract at any point if he decided he wanted to". And also how the agreement stated that no payment would be due until the job completed, but how in the middle of the job, on multiple occasions, he demanded partial payment or threatened to walk out on it... Or I could tell you that in the end, Ronnie even quit the job and left me with a half finished house and renters wanting to move in but unable to. But I wont go into that any further other than to say that you should NEVER EVER use this company. Unless you simply want the absolute worst quality of work at a very cheap price. But Buyer, beware!!! And watch out! This company claims their values are Christian based, but being a very strong believer myself, I certainly didn't see that in their workmanship, professionalism, or even in Ronnie's word, and him doing what he promised. BTW - Ronnie's father also named "Ron" or "Ronnie" but with a different last name, works for Ronnie and sometimes does side work outside of All In 1 Handyman. He finished the job for me that his son quit on. He (the father) does what he says and I trust him a whole lot more than the son, but he is the main workman behind All in 1, so its actually his workmanship that I am referring to as being such horrible quality.
