Do not hire this company. Charged weekend rates for a problem they did not fix. Their supervisor was completely unwilling to fix the problem or refund the charge. Have seen many reviews with similar problems.

The rotted wood was replaced because of a water intrusion. Their work did not repair the water intrusion even though they loaded up the area with caulk - twice. The leak is still there and they, apparently, do not care because they have not come back to find the leak and make the necessary repairs. My HOA told me they have notified All Weather Contractors - twice, this time.

ON Friday, 6/3/16 the fan on my compressor stopped working. I called AllWeather Contractors and the first available appointment was Monday 6/6/16. After the technician left I decided to see what the part he replaced actually costed. The breakdown for the $281.00 repair was as follows: $99.00 service call and $182.00 parts and labor. On ebay, the part costed $15.99! The tech was here for about a half hour. It was bad enough to pay $99.00 just for the service call, but, after deducting the part I guess the labor was $166.01 for less than an hours work!!

While here, I asked the tech to give me an estimate for a new unit which I was planning on having installed in the fall. However, I will defiantly shop around for a reputable company! What was really surprising was that this company was highly recommended by a friend!

The heater of one of our HVACs wasn't working anymore. They dispatched a technician the very next day. He was able to pinpoint and fix the problem in about 1 hour. The price was the fixed-price mentioned for HVAC diagnostics alone before on the phone. There was no extra charge for the actual repair. The technician was professional and efficient.

Kevin was very helpful. All weather did a service and inspection on our heat pump system when we bought the home. The system was very old and in poor condition. They provided us with an estimate for a very basic system to use with the sellers.
The system started having problems six months later and was going to require $1,800 in repairs according to the home warranty company service tech. Instead of pouring more money into equipment 15-20 years old we opted to replace it.
Kevin came to the house and inspected the systems. He had done a and quot;virtualand quot; load calculation of city records for our home before he arrived. We discussed our option and had him quote two system configuration for us. He provided that estimate two days later.
We chose another contractor that better met our overall needs for the job. All Weather's price was competitive and in the middle of the pack for the four bids we solicited. Price was not the sole reason for our decision.

I purchased an air handler from this company, in 2008, and it had a 5 year warranty. I called them Tuesday morning (7/3/12) at 7 and they called me back at 8:15am and said they might be able to get someone over that day. I took off of work, and the repair technician showed up around 4:30pm. He said that he had to get a part from the warehouse. He called the warehouse and said they had the part in stock, but closed at 5. He said that if they were open on the 4th, that he would come over even though it is a holiday. We did not hear from him on the 4th, or the next day (the 5th) by 9:30am, so I called the company back. The lady was somewhat rude and said she would check on it and call me back. I had not heard from her for 30 minutes, so I called back. She snapped at me and said she had not heard back from the warehouse. At 11:10am she called back and said that they had to order the part and would be in by 7/6/12, but she was unable to give me a time.I was dissatisfied with this service and have been sitting in a house with no A/C in the middle of a heat wave and have missed days of work. Once my warranty is up, I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

We at AllWeather Contractors apologize for being unable to fulfill our objective of providing top notch service to our customers at all times. When we do not meet that goal we appreciate the chance to correct any shortcomings we may have. We look forward to surpassing your expectations in the future if given the chance to do so. This has been a 5 week process that has not turned out well. They were supposed to come out to fix the problem and they have not showed up. The leaky roof which they will not fix has caused further damage to my home, and they still insist that we find other contractors to finish the work. They "don't want our business anymore" however they took our money and had no problem taking our business then, now they will not honor our contract. We do have a warranty and they will not honor that either. They cut corners on the job leaving gaps in the roof which led to a lot of damage. There is now mold in our home as well.

All Weather really did an outstanding job building my patio. I would surely recommend their services to others. I found them to be very communicative. Their work was done very accurately and thoroughly. I felt like a truly satisfied customer at the end of the day.
