My initial encounter was via a telephone call. The owner answered his telephone with a joke about my name. I was startled but continued the call by telling him I had been referred to him by the Dyson customer service department. He questioned me about whether I had registered my vacuum with Dyson and if they told me clogs were not covered under warranty. I replied that I had a broken part but if there was a clog, I obviously would pay to have it fixed. He told me it would cost $69.00 to remove a clog.
My brother brought the vacuum to the store. He was very unhappy with the owner's abruptness and his unprofessional manner. He again told my brother that if there was a clog it would not be covered under warranty. He also told him Dyson is a very difficult company to get parts from , And if he was able to get the part and it would most likely be 6 weeks before he could get to my repair. He then gave my brother a repair ticket and informed him that he better not lose it because that was the only way he would be able to pick the vacuum up.
I waited 6 weeks and called the store to inquire if my repairs had been made. The owner then told me he had just received the part from Dyson and it would be about two weeks before he could finish the work. He then told me he had also found a clog inside the vacuum and there would be an additional charge of $30.00 beyond what Dyson would pay him. He wanted to know if I wanted him to fix the clog. I was very unhappy but told him, I obviously wanted my $600.00 vacuum repaired completely so yes, please remove the clog.
The day my brother went to get the vacuum with the ticket in hand, it took the owner almost 30 minutes to locate the vacuum.
Unfortunately as long as I own this vacuum I will have no choice but to use this Vacuum repair company because he is the only authorized repairman in this city!

We've been in the market for a new vacuum for a while and after doing quite a bit of research online, we decided on a Miele. Miele's web site listed All-State as the local authorized dealer, so I stopped by the shop for a demo and possible purchase. The salesperson introduced himself as Terry and proceeded to give me a full walk-through of the Miele line as well as outlining the shop's history. I spent nearly an hour in the store discussing the pros and cons of the Miele line as well as the differences in the various Miele models. Terry was excellent to deal with and never seemed rushed or distracted. During the time I was there, several other customers came in and were handled in the same manner by other shop employees. After asking all of my questions, I ended up purchasing a vacuum and a set of bags from them.
That was a month ago, and a few weeks ago, we received a thank you card from them for our business that included a 25% offer for our next purchase. Just this week, I returned to the store to purchase a few accessories to go with the vacuum and the discount was definitely welcome.
Based on my experience with the shop, I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are fine. They did not install it for me. They have the products there and suggested to me what they thought was the best one. They also gave me some pip to make the transition easier from the old system to the new system. Their price was good. I researched on the internet and they matched the internet price to their sale price.
