The exact location of the leak was very difficult to pin down. It took several attempts to locate the source of the leak. David Neese is tenaciously persistent and did not give up. He kept working on the problem until he found a solution. Now I have a leak free roof! Thank you David, you are an amazing roofer. We called after lunch to request an inspection and to our pleasant surprise were scheduled for a visit the same day. Upon arrival we received a straightforward assessment of the issue, including a photo. He not only repaired the source of the leak, also repaired a few other unrelated minor issues same day. I would definitely recommend this company.

I selected All Season's because the owner, David Neese, was so clear and knowledgeable in explaining the pro's and con's of various materials and a reading of past reviews inspired great confidence in his work, plus his bid was clear, detailed and the price was right. Unbeknown to us the our roof had three separate leaks that were very difficult to identify. Thanks to Dave’s professionalisms and incredibly hard work he was able to pinpoint the leaks effect a repair that works and did it all at a very reasonable price. If you have a problem with your roof call Dave Neese from All Seasons Roofing. Dave has the experience, skill and knowledge to repair and or replace a roof and he does it all at a very reasonable price.

People of Jacksonville this company is the real deal. Mainly because the owner David Neese makes sure from beginning to end that the job is done right. Dave takes the time to sit down in your home and explain to you the entire project and estimate. He shows you examples of the materials he is going to use and explains to you about any additional charges because of wood rot underneath your old roof that may occur. I cant say enough about this man and his company he is there from start to finish and he leaves your yard spotless and runs a magnet over you drive for nails.

David called on the scheduled day to ask if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. That was great. He introduced himself and gave me a business card. After discussing my problem he went about locating the source of the leak. He identified the source and made recommendations about repairs and quoted a price which I believe was reasonable. I couldn't hire him though because I found that my roof still had a workmanship warranty and the original installer was going to do the repairs at no cost to me. David actually talked to me about how to proceed with the warranty claim even though he knew he wasn't going to do the work. That's a true professional!

I'm the type of person who never leaves reviews. I'm a business owner and I work a full-time job, so I'm busy. You have to be either amazing or horrible for me to do this. I called David as I was driving home from work, around 4:30pm in the middle of the week. I told him that my upstairs ceiling collapsed and there was a gaping hole with moldy insulation where my ceiling used to be. He arrived on site within 2 hours. He climbed up into the area, and evaluated the moisture. He inspected the roof through the hole and said it wasn't coming from a roof leak, but rather AC duct condensation. He swept the duct with his hand to show me and water came down. Knowing I wasn't going to be a customer, he then went out to his truck, grabbed a tarp like material and stapled it over the hole to cover it up so that mold spores aren't flying freely through my home. I never asked him to do this. He was so polite and respectful throughout. As he was leaving my house for the free estimate, I was really impressed. I thought about dashing for my wallet just to tip him for his time, but I'm going to give you a tip instead... hire All Seasons Roofing for your next roofing job.

When I inquired about the service, I spoke to the owner, and he agreed to provide a free estimate right away. He did exactly that, we made an appointment, he called to state he was on his way, and he indeed showed up when he stated he would. Additionally, he provided a clear understanding of what caused the issue, along with two ways to address the roof issue, as well as the pricing on each. Upon my decision to accept the detailed written propsal, we scheduled a day/time to complete the work. He and his crew showed up on time, tore off and replaced my roof within a few hours. The bill was as in the propsal, no surprises. I highly recommend this company.

Was called in for unexpected chimney repair that was causing work stoppage on another project. Dave responsive, fast, takes pride in craftsmanship, kept me fully informed, is flexible, communicative, and very knowledgeable. Estimate was quickly provided, was thorough and complete, unlike other estimates. Once accepted, Dave and his crew went to work immediately and completed the project on schedule. They worked well with the other company on site. Quality of work was outstanding. He was very helpful by pointing out a future are of concern in the other project. For clean up, they left the project site in better shape than they found it.
