+ -1 moreI have been a client of All Realty Rental Management, LLC (“ARRM”) (and/or Floratek Realty Specialists and/or Floratek Properties, LLC) since June of 2013 as an owner of a property in St. John’s county Florida. It became obvious to me in June of 2017 that property manager, Wayne Hoffman, is engaging in irresponsible and dishonest business practices. All Realty Rental Management is withholding rent payments owed (paid by tenant to ARRM) and has misrepresented and overstated repairs completed. Wayne Hoffman and All Realty Rental Management has not treated this matter ethically or professionally and will not respond to attempts to contact.
