Very honest, highly recommended... My fairly new front load dryer had stopped working. I told them what YouTube & Google had suggested was probably wrong from what I believed the symptoms were. Came out did an assessment, turns out the wall plug for the dryer and defaulted and needed to be replaced, the dryer was and there was NO CHARGE for the service visit. I will call them again.

We called All Done when our dryer stopped working. Joe was very professional, had it repaired very quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. We have used him before and would never even consider calling someone else for our appliance repairs.

The dryer stopped on thursday. They said they could come over the next day or Saturday but we were going out of town so they agreed to come by on Monday morning. That morning they called to remind us 15 min before the agreed on time range. The repairman came on time found the problem right away, had the parts on hand and fixed it. My husband was home at the time and said that the repairman was in and out in no time and the dryer works like new. The price of the repair seemed compairable to the cost of other house calls we have had for plumbing or electrical type work.

It went well. Joe was professional and punctual. He explained what the problem was and the cost to repair it. When he returned the following week to put a new hose on he arrived earlier than I expected. I should note that I was at work and did not have my phone on me but he left me a message. Thankfully there was someone at home to let him in! The only thing is you do not get a written estimate as all is done through email after work is done and is paid for. Receipt, through email, shows what price you were quoted. I prefer a written estimate for my records but I would consider them in the future.

He was prompt and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem and quoted a solution. Once the part arrived, it was installed the next day. I appreciate his service. Thanks!

Joe [assigned service representative] called prior to his scheduled arrival window [10 AM - 1 PM], and arrived about 20 minutes later. Within about 15 minutes of his arrival, he evaluated the issue, and provided a comprehensive yet understandable summary of our freezer problem, which included a written estimate, for resolution to the problem. It turned out that it was more cost effective to cut our losses [with this refrigerator] and purchase a new unit. We [my wife and myself] appreciated Joe's candor, and direct/ no-nonsense approach to customer service. He was refreshing.

Great. Gave honest opinion as to the value of repairing vs. replacing. Gave advise to prevent what caused the problem with the dishwasher to begin with.

My washer was leaking and I found them online. I called monday morning to a few companies that didnt have any openings for a week. This guy answered all my questions and set an appointment the same day! 
Very professional and knowledgeable.
I originally noticed the washer leaking and when he looked at it he found the pump was leaking. He gave me the estimate and while talking about doing the repair, I told him about the dryer not always drying on time, He looked it over and checked the temp, found some lint build up on the exhaust vent. I ended up asking him to do the repair for the washer and he ran a brush thru the duct for me. We have done quite a few loads now and it doing great!!
I also asked him to check out our fridge, since he was here, he he. Said temps looked good, nothing to worry about, teenagers just in and out too much.
It was nice to find someone who wasnt out to charge me for everything and would tell me what things did and didnt need attention. The service cost was not the lowest, but I definitely got what I paid for and then some!
