The agreement was that the trim included the vents on the side of the house, which did not get painted. Also, the agreement included fixing wood rot on the front of the house. Neither of these were completed. I have been in contact with the owner and he has repeated stated that they were going to come back and complete the work. However, it is November 7th and the work has not been completed. I have paid for the entire job.  There is a one year warranty on the job, but that does not appear to mean anything.  I am still hopeful that the work will be finished, however I am becoming very frustrated.

Entire process went terrific. Steven Ford and his small team -- Jesse, Dave, Ben -- completed all work on-time and to-standard. His pricing was very competitive, and his can-do, very positive attitude was most welcome. Having purchased a home that needed a total make-over, All Covered did the job exceptionally well. Their painting quality was superb -- and this with a mix of over 20 different colors and several different coating textures. Only negative or room for improvement is (1) better clean-up and (2) more drop-cloths for preparation.
