This company installed our water softener system in 2002. Their equipment has been totally trouble free. This week we started experiencing loss of water pressure in the house and yesterday it went to virtually zero.  Our water company suggested we check the softener. I was able to take pictures of our unit and text them to the Al American and speak with them over the phone.  They informed me that most likely our bed had collapsed ... this happens after approx 10-12 years of service. They instructed me on how to by pass the softener too get the water flowing again.  They then rescheduled an existing appt. to get us the first appt. this morning. The tech showed up on time, was efficient and personable  and took the time to review the the operation of the system. Extremely pleased.

I was referred to All American by Water Boss as their service partner. They repaired the water softener satisfactorily. My only concerns were that (1) I always had to leave a message and wait for someone to call back, but they did call back in a reasonable time period (2) they showed up at the door to fix the softener without calling ahead, and (3) they charged a $5 "return charge" for a part that was free from Water Boss under warrenty. However, the return charge may have been a Water Boss issue, not an All American issue.
