Serviceman did not turn up on time--I had to call to ask what had happened to him. However, once he arrived, he was knowledgeable, courteous and fair.

Shaun came to the house promptly; he was professional and polite. I had 4 door locks that needed changing as our tenant moved and house up for sale. Two (2) of the door locks were kinda old and were really difficult to turn the lock (on the handle) from the inside. I showed Shaun the problem; he fixed something within the chambers; and sprayed them with oil. Hooray, now I can turn the locks myself. He changed all 4 locks, had me test everyone, gave me new keys and was done very quickly. Also, he honored the Angie's List rate with no problem at all.

John made an appointment with me for the next day and was on time. The price for rekeying was what he quoted over the phone...twenty five dollars per lock. Some of our doors had three locks each. He provided extra maintenance by sprucing up the locks, replacing parts and lubricating them at no additional charge. He also fixed an alignment problem with the back door at no additional charge. We also got a ten percent discount for new homeowners. He was very professional and hard working. Would definitely recommend.

I already had single cylinders with the turn bolt on the inside. So this would require cutting out new holes, etc. John came to my house after I was explaining what I needed. I felt that since I had glass on each door, I was not safe with turn bolts on the inside. I'd rather have a key. He made some suggestions, and what we decided was to change out the existing locks to the double cylinder instead of installing another set of locks. (I thought it might look a bit over done to have 2 locks on each door, since I picked out Nostalgia brand locks with the old fashioned design for my 1936 house.) John also changed the keys slightly so that I had brand new keys. This brand lock had nice, heavy keys, and I wanted to keep those. So he changed them all himself and they all fit every lock. I thought he went out of his way to do what I needed. One of the locks was meant for a wider door, so he asked me to get a part for that lock. When I called Rayware hardware and asked them to call Nostalgia, they said Nostalgia would mail me the part for free. So John came back when I got that part in so that he could install that wonderful lock on my door. He has over 18 years experience and was able to problem solve a difficult situation. I would highly recommend them again!

The technician was prompt, courteous, informative and efficient. He arrived on time, texting me ahead of time to let me know his ETA, upon arrival he examined the work that needed to be done and quickly started rekeying the locks, what I really appreciate is how he was able to be so kind and expeditious during a delicate situation. I felt safe with him in my home and confident that my problems would be quickly remedied. I highly recommend this company.

Great the locksmith! Was very professional, explained everything, and overall made my grandmother's day with his pleasant attitude. This company has now done my aunts house as well due to their great service and we highly recommend them for all locksmith services. Very reasonably priced aswell.
