"Unfortunately when a breaker is repeatedly turned off/on from the breaker tripping (which that is what a breaker is supposed to do to prevent fires when the circuit has an overload from a problem) it causes the breaker to go bad. We had to replace the breaker in your panel that was replaced 3 months ago back in March. We did give a discount to help accommodate some of the cost of the service call so the whole amount would not have to be paid. We can not come out and perform a service call and not charge a service call fee for us replacing a breaker that was bad due to no fault of our company. This panel was not just replaced within the past 30 days or we would of gladly replaced the breaker under warranty. We try and be fair in all aspects of our business and do what we can to help out customers in situations like these. Unfortunately due to the problem happening more than 90 days after we replaced your panel we had to charge for the service call. I am sorry that you feel the breaker should not have been a charge you incurred."
"I am sorry you feel you had a bad encounter with your contractor Jax Pro Construction. Your project grew from minor electrical work in the kitchen to electrical work throughout your entire home. Prices for all extra work were given to Jax pro Construction & approved before any work was completed. The same crew leader was on your project the entire time until we sent and additional crew to help complete the remaining electrical work prior to the project being ready for use during Thanksgiving. When multiple bathrooms are remodeled, recess cans are added, additional fixtures are hung, fireplaces are wired, every switch & receptacle in the home are replaced & screwless cover plates installed, arc-fault protection is added, doorbell wires are traced out in your attic, under cabinet lights are added, all existing recess trims are replaced with LED trims, temporary trims are installed in your kitchen for Thanksgiving, receptacles are added in the office, existing bathroom exhaust fans are removed while drywall is up and replaced with new exhaust fans provided by you, & much more that the cost would increase drastically. The amateur letters you state were legal documents from the state of Florida's website to protect contractors from homeowners who dont pay or if the contractor doesnt pay in the end for whatever reason. We sent a "NOTICE TO OWNER", "PAYMENT DEMAND LETTER/INTENT TO LIEN", & a copy of "THE LIEN". I am not sure how you issues are with All American Electrical when all did was complete the tasks you request through your contractor at the prices we provided and the contractor stated you approved. There was an apparent lack of communication between you, your wife, & your contractor. As a subcontractor we work for the contractor and only complete the tasks the they instruct us to believing this is the wish of the customer. We are sorry your experience was sub-par, but we only completed tasks the company you hired to manage your construcion project told us to. I also hope all is well."
"Thanks for the positive feedback. It's always a pleasure working for customers and getting a positive review. That is what we strive for an "A" across all categories."
"Thanks for the positive review. It was our pleasure to complete your electrical work. We are available anytime and do our best to be there asap."
