Would not recommend Aldor at all. From day 1 the main garage door had to be replaced. As it was hung incorrectly and hit the rails, therefore would only open 1/2 way. Aldor did not respond, and I had to contact the door manufacturer who supplied a new door. Aldor sent a different subcontractor to install this door. He said there are more problems with this door prior installation, he was not authorized to fix those issues. My contractor for the house build, send videos of other issues but no response. The rollers failed due to misalignment of the rails. I was accused of replacing them with substandard rollers. my house contractor inquired about industrial rollers. I did not. I was then informed the doors were out of warranty. A warranty issue that was never corrected in the first place. Subsequently hired another company to look at the door. They repaired the door with a lifetime warranty on the motor and 3 years on the door with parts and labor. WOULD NEVER CONSIDER HIRING THEM FOR ANY WORK!

It went very well. We love them both. They operate very smoothly.

When I initially called to setup the appointment, everything went smoothly, I got an appointment for 11am. We had just bought our house and my wife was sitting there waiting for them to show up. At noon, I called the company and told them I had an 11am appointment and asked where the tech was. They told me they were sorry and would contact the technician and have them call my wife. At 1pm, I called the company again and talked to a different person and got the same story. They said they would call the tech immediately to find out where they were. I gave them my wife's cell number so they could contact her directly. Another 30 mins go by and they finally call my wife to tell her the tech would call on the way to the house. He finally showed up at 2:15, over three hours late. He told my wife that he got his appointment sheet in the morning and we were the last on the list for the day. He was very nice and was good at his job.

Company was on time, professional, and reasonable in price. The replaced a two car garage door, contractor grade, with an insulated high wind rated door. The only reason I did not give an overall "A" is that about a month after the installation the wall mounted remote began malfunctioning. I called them to request service or replace of the control unit and they stated they would put a replacement in the mail. Since they are local I expected the package within a week, it never came. I called them back after about a month and they said it is not likely that the control is the problem, but my set up of the system. I never pursued it further as the system infrequently, twice this year, replicates the problem.

The price was excellent. They were very prompt and on time. They did what they had to do and showed me how to operate the door. They also explained how to use other features. They also disposed of all the mess and cleaned up after themselves.
