Great! No problems at all.

Have used Air-Wright Heating and Air twice now - both for full AC systems.  Worked with Terry both times and he quoted me a price to get what I wanted and was able to keep it in the budget I had to work with - he even came down another 100 bucks to match another estimate.
When work began, the two employees kept on task and had this system installed in the 4 days they said it would take.  This install required all duct work and returns throughout house that my other place did not need.  The home was built in 1950 and never had a central system installed, so it required everything.
As with my other home, I am sure I will be as pleased with this install.

After two quotes, I pretty much had decided who I was going to hire.  I was very pleased with my choice, but for some reason I felt I needed one more estimate.  I called Air-wright.  In dealing with Terry, he suggested that I add cold air returns in two of the bedrooms.  He also explained the need for a 2-stage system that controls humidity based on the size of my home.  He clearly knew what he was talking about and I hired him.  Main reason was neither of the other ones explained cold air returns or humidity control.  I could not be happier.  My cooling and heating costs have decreased based on the unit he recommended.
His quote was $800 higher, but he was willing reduce the cost by $500 of the difference.  I got my moneys worth have have never regretted it.
I just joined Angie's list today, because I was looking for a piano mover to move a piano to my brothers house.  I am also in the process of buying an older home that has never had AC.  I have hired Air-Wright to do the work in January 2014 after I close.
Air-Wright has also done work for 2 of my friends after my recommendation.

I was pleased with the time it took to complete the job as well as how quickly they were able to schedule the work.  They also left everything neat and clean after the work.

Here is an interesting story about Air-Wright. The first time I used them my air conditioner was not working. After inspecting the unit the technician discovered the coil had a hole in it and would need to be replaced. At this point he did something unexpected. He checked the date on the coil and noticed that it was still under warranty. He called the manufacturer and ordered the new part. I only paid for the installation. I could not believe my good fortune. Other companies would have probably charged me for the coil.
Here is another story. This same company underbid a job in my house to insulate the duct-work. When they realized that the job was much bigger than the estimate, they insisted on completing the job as quoted. I can still remember what the owner said, "We quoted the job and we will complete the work as quoted!" I did not think that kind of honesty existed today.

Received a quote from Terry back in December.  Finally ready for the install (renovation on house that we are not living in yet) in February.  The outside unit was missing (stolen) and the inside unit was a mess, so we replaced the whole system.  When they removed the inside unit (which was no easy feat as it was in a small area inside a walk-in closet upstairs) they noticed that some of the flex ducts had been chewed completely through (squirrels), so they replaced it - then found more and more that needed replacing.  They also replaced vents in the 3 bathrooms that had been drywalled over (we had removed the ceiling and walls and found vents that we assumed were not functioning - they were - and that had added to some moisture issues).  They did a great job - they were there for 2 extra days due to the duct work (and the extremely low attic space adding to the difficulty of replacing the ducts).  Cleaned up nicely after themselves.  Price was very reasonable - my only issue was that they didn't go over a price for replacing any of the ductwork beforehand, and once they replaced the initial couple of pieces, they kept going without consulting me; however, they worked with me on the additional cost and made it very reasonable. They were easy to work with and very accommodating.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family/friends.
