It went very well. They were very prompt and got the job done.

Everything went very well. Called them Saturday morning at 8am, and they were at the house before 11am. Professional, helpful, etc. We called our previous A/C company, Band G that was out of Jax Beach, and this is the new company name (Air Waves). Not sure exactly what happened with the old name, I'm guessing part of it has to do with the other company in FL with the same name. We have never been disappointed with Band G before, so a name change is not a big deal as long as it's the same great service.

Ricky answered the phone promptly and I was so pleased to find out that he would be able to come out within the next few hours to take a look at it. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and already being thanked for the call. I was so happy to find out that I did not need to replace the whole system and I would only need a new part which he had in the truck.
The whole process took less then an hour and he even cleaned out the unit for me as well and gave me tips on how to help with the longevity of the 20 year AC. Overall - I was pleased with the price, service and promptness and would highly recommend Airwaves for any of your cooling or heating needs.

We were having a problem with our ac system not keeping up on the really hot summer days last year. We called Air Waves and Ricky answered the phone and was very pleasant to talk to and was willing to take the time to answer our questions over the phone before we actually had him come out to our home. We had called a few other companies and either they didn't have a trained staff on hand to talk to are were not willing to do so. Ricky came out to looked at our system and duct work, made an analysis on what the problem was and explained how we could go about fixing it. We were giving a couple of options to choose from and decided to go with the one he suggested he would do at his house. The guys showed up on time and despite it being early morning and raining they were surprisingly happy and laughing and seemed to be enjoying themselves(Which was nice. We figure they would cancel due to the rain but that was not the case). They laid out drop cloths and were very neat and clean in the procedure. The install took about 6 hours. After the install was done they cleaned everything up and explained the new system and how the new thermostat works. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely be recommending them.
