We have one of their service packages that we bought which covered both the spring checkup before the heat and the fall checkup before the air. We call them all the time because they are very good. We had the season's tickets to the football team here and we had our air conditioner go out on the day of the game. They came out on a Sunday. They got here and fixed it. They have always been reasonably priced and have always worked well with us. They have done right by us. We have been using them for as long as we have been in this house which is about eleven years. We have found them to be very reliable and very fair to deal with. We would not keep calling them back if they weren't. Their price is right in there with everybody else.

Technicians arrived at 8:00am and one guy spent two hours removing the old unit, tearing out the platform and sheetrocking the inside of the closet. The other guy assembled the new units (and disassembled the old one) and setup the outside unit. They finished about 3:00pm, cleaned up the area and loaded the old system into their van. I had no problems whatsoever.
