Thankfully, Air Oasis is a provider for our home warranty, so they were knowledgeable of the process and were able to advise how to process the claims more quickly so we weren't without heat for too long. The technicians came when they said they would, worked until dark the first day to try to get us up and running with heat, and came back for 2 more days to finish troubleshooting issues with our existing thermostats. Kaleb was great to work with, was knowledgeable of our options with the home warranty, and saved us money where he could on what the warranty wouldn't cover.
