He was the lowest after getting three estimates. Everyone in my neighborhood that has had their units replaced have had technicians out here constantly. Me, haven't had to have them back out once.

We are a local church in Arlington. We chose Air Masters over several other contractors because of Tim's demeanor and professionalism. We had a 15-20 year old unit vandalized for the copper. During the estimate, Tim not only priced the replacement, but also investigated the electric circuits and connecting duct work. He spent time to identify the correct circuits and educate us on what we had and what would need to be done to meet code. None of the others did those things. He returned our phone calls promptly, adjusted his team's schedule to get the work done before our next gathering and made coordination on the fly to get a cage installed to prevent future vandalism. We will certainly go to him first for our future AC/heating needs.

I have used Air Masters for routine HVAC repairs and maintenance since 2004.  They are prompt, professional, and reasonable.  My technician, Burt, always explains to me what the issue is, works to find me the best price on the part, installs the part and checks everything.  I typically have them out twice a year for check ups, and also occasionally when my older Coleman HVAC unit acts up.   This particular time was no different.  Prompt, professional, and fair.  I will continue to use Air Masters for my ongoing HVAC needs, and  will probably use them to install a new unit when the time comes.

Recently our church was in need of a new air conditioning unit. After several attempet to obtain, in my opinion, competitive bids from local HVAC companies I was advised by a friend of mine that he had recently observed an AC technician working on a neighbors outside unit. What he found unusual was that the technician had a weed eater and was clearing away the weeds and tall grass from around the unit. He thought this to not be your typical HVAC service technician so he inquired and found out that it was Tim Fredrickson of Air-Masters. Shortly thereafter I contacted Tim and he gave us a very competitive quote for a new AC unit. I gave him the job. We also needed to upgrade our electrical supply for the new AC unit to meet current electrical codes. Tim referred us to a company that also was professional and had competitive pricing. I also had Tim conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on all of our remaining 8 AC units and I must way his price was fair and his work was excellent. I found that if it's not broke Tim will not try to fix it. Tim has proven to be professional, punctual and his prices are competitive and fair. In addition, Tim is just a nice guy and easy to get along with. I highly recommend you give Tim an opportunity to conduct your HVAC repairs and maintenance.

Great job. Highly recommend. In my attempt to leave this endorsement Angies list insisted that Tim is working on Antique/Classic auto air conditioing units. I could not submit any other way. Tim installs and repairs residential and commercial HVAC systems. I am not aware that he does auto air conditioning in any way.

I called Air-Masters to check out my heating system. They showed up at my house within two hours of me calling them. They were professional and explained to me everything that was going on with my unit. They replace the thermostat and checked out my heating system. I was very satisfied with the level of service that Air-Masters provided. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
