Provided superb, timely, professional, and effective service for the past 8 years since my home was build to inspect, maintain, and upgrade my HVAC system I would highly recommend.

I have a maintenance contract with them. They are customer oriented. They are very responsive and have reasonable rates.

Air Flow is who I've dealt with for years.  There was no cost for this visit; I've got a service contract with them.  For price, I really haven't compared much.  Nothing's cheap anymore.  I suspect they're competitive.

However, service tech says they don't clean the evaporator coil or the condenser coil as that would be extra. Where I come from that's one of the most important parts of an annual maintenance! He quoted me over $400 to clean the evaporator coil and I declined because that's a crazy price and besides, this coil would rarely be required to be pulled out of the unit for cleaning and I explained that a normal cleaning is done in place and there's nothing hard about it. They found an out of spec capacitor that was soon to fail which is good except that they wanted $105 labor to replace it under warranty. I had to consider it and later decided to have them do it and now they wanted $175. The price difference isn't because the first guy had the part because he didn't have this capacitor. There isn't any reason for the price gauging and besides, there are only 3 wires to pull off and it would take only about 5-10 minutes to complete. We are on their service contract and they expect us to wait until our AC breaks down instead of fixing it before it breaks down. They are supposed to be in the comfort business and having to wait until we are hot and sweaty for a number of hours isn't comfort.

My problem was not simple. I paid a total of $1k for four visits. The first visit was on Labor Day at holiday rates and represents over half of the total. My wife gave me a choice: Move her to an air-conditioned hotel or pay-the-man and she stays home. I chose the latter...which proved to be cheaper alternative. I don't like spending $1k on A/ C and stretching it over four visits but the total cost and the number of visits required to fix this problem were very reasonable. In the process, I learned that these guys are "in business": They know what they are doing, they do what they say they will do and they own what they do. When I have problems in the future...and I will...I am calling these guys.

They came out, did the A/C, when the first put it in the house, kept coming back a lot because we were not getting air in to the rooms.  They came out 6 or 7 times, it was supposed to be  new A/C.  They changed the thermostat as well, which went out half a year later, and they came out to change that.  I kept telling them we weren't feeling the air.  They came out to investigate, and they kept telling us everything seems normal, but I kept telling them it wasn't.  I even called the main head quarters, and they kept sending people out to keep looking at it.

And now, we're still not getting the air flow that we're supposed to be getting. The rooms are not cooling like they're supposed to.  We're paying way too much in our electrical bill because of it.

The visit went very well.  They are prompt, fair, and thorough.  I have been with them for three years.  We have two units.

The tech came in check out the furance.  Checks every part to see if any corrosion and to make sure it had great suctions.
Check all pvc pipes along with the industrial tape that insures there are no leakage.
Checks for any sign of rust, dirt .etc' Checks the outside of Furnace to see if the unit has no rust no leakage or blockage.
Takes out the air filter to check to see how much build up  is on that filter.  A'C filters should be replaced every two and 1/2 weeks
and then pop the top of the pvc pipe and add 1 cup of bleach into. The technician told me he had never seen a three yr old a/c
with NO dirt or built up on it.
Went out back checked every part on the condenser and found a built-up of rocks and dirt that was clogging the unit (caused by men mowing the yard and blowing dirt and rocks around the unit. he asked the owner to ask he's men not to go near the unit they could use old fashioned clippers to take care of the problem) he found the freon was low and he gave it some more freon. After that the tech was done and my air conditioner should have it cooler in here within a hour.
Will I call these guys back for a 4th year check up (20012)
