My a/c stopped working about week ago. Before I called Air Decision Inc I called another well known company in Jacksonville. They charged me $259 just to come out and diagnose the problem. They didn't really diagnose the problem or fixed anything but wanted to charge me another $1000 for another technician to come out and diagnose the real problem. I called Air Decision for second opinion and I am so happy that I did. They charged me much much less then the other company for coming out, replaced the part right away and my a/c was working again. The technician who came out was very professional and honest. I am recommending this company 100% for any a/c issues. This company will be my go to for any future issues with a/c. We called Air Decision due to an emergency, because our upstairs a/c would not cool. Mr. Fran was completely professional and provided us with all information and made suggestions so we would not spend unnecessary money. He worked with us and suggested replacing the upstairs air handler first and replacing the other units later. Because of his consideration, he made several trips because we were not prepared to replace two a/c units at once. He always returned our calls immediately and provided excellent service. Eventually, he replaced both units in a time frame that was beneficial to us. Consequently, since he was extremely cost conscious, we got two top of the line units at the least cost.  Air Decision is the only heating and air conditioning service we will use in the future. We strongly recommend them.

Fran, is a hard worker that knows his trade. I would easily recommend him to anyone needing AC service in Jacksonville.
He replaced my AC system and also helped a relative fix a part on their system and did it as prompt as possible in the middle of the busy hot season.

Both of my daughters recently purchased homes.  The AC systems in both places were not in good condition.  It looked like the filters had not been changed for a very long time and the coils on both systems were very dirty.  Fran with Air Decision was recommended to me by our realtor.  What a great choice!  Prompt, courteous, informative and HONEST.  I would recommend this company to anyone.
