Russell did an excellent job getting my mother's machine back up and running efficiently and made sure her anti-virus was working for her, not against her. I spoke with Russell and Charles over the phone and they were polite and professional. My mother and I are very pleased with the services they provided. I called them in the morning, and they came to my house that afternoon. More work needed to be done remotely the next morning. They worked on it till it was fixed. The system is working fine now. I am a satisfied customer.

In shop fix went well- timely service and fix worked. Second time firm used with very good results- in home fix first time.

Printer connection problem was quickly identified and fixed, Additional help was provided for desktop computer( elimination of unwanted programs) and answered questions on viruses and VPN’s related to IPAD. Tech rep was the owner who worked quickly and professionally. This was our first experience with Affordable Computer (our previous tech rep moved away) and we plan on using them as our go-to firm. Reasonable cost and good response.

They did an outstanding job switching out the old and putting in the new with no loss of data files. I was told which drive would fit and I ordered from Amazon. When it arrived 2 days later, I took it in with the Mac and it was put in and optimized! Thanks Russel and Charles

We paid only for parts used plus a flat rate for labor. This was uniquely refreshing. We will use them again and have been recommending over more known resources such as the more costly Geek Squad.

Russ fixed it within 30 minutes while I waited and charged me a lesser fee since I didn't have to leave it. Works perfectly now.

They told me it took about 5 days to get the screen, but the computer was repaired in 3 days at the price they quoted and is working fine. I was told they got the screen in that afternoon and I was able to pick it up before they closed.

I took my laptop into Affordable Computer Repair of Jax to have the hard drive replaced. They were extremely affordable, professional, helpful, and quick. Russell was able to get all my files, pictures, videos, and music off of the old hard drive, and loaded them into a folder on the desk top named "Old Files" for quick and easy access. He took the time with me, when I picked it up, to answer any questions I had. He told me not to hesitate to call if I had questions or concerns when I returned home. He also gave me some tips on how to keep this from happening again. An overall great experience, and highly recommended. Should another computer need arise, I will be back!

Took desktop to Affordable Computer Repair of Jax on 10/4/2016 and explained problem. Computer was fixed by 10/5/2016 and picked up the next day. Everyone I talked to was super courteous and professional. Desktop now runs as if there has never been a problem.

The repair was conducted on site and was ready prior to date promised. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

It went amazingly well. Russell was skilled, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very professional. He came out on a weekend, and completely fixed our problem in under an hour. He actually came out within 24 hours of our call for service. We highly recommend this company, and the owner/technician.
