The installation of the overhead light in the addition was great, we had absolutely no issues with that.  There were a few issues with the landscape lighting and the quality of the installation.  However, when we contacted the company, they resolved all issues and we are quite happy with the results.  I understand that sometimes things happen and things may not go as intended.  What matters is how the company responds and what efforts are made to correct the situation.  I appreciate all Brandon and Bill did to make sure I was happy with the end result.

I contacted the company and asked for a bid to repair damages caused by vandalism.  The estimator arrived promptly and looked over all the work we wanted.  I pointed out that there were three zones of landscape lights that needed attention and in many cases the kids had simply removed the bulbs and left them in the fixtures.  The estimator said we needed to replace 7 of the fixtures that were damaged and suggested I supply them which I agreed to.  He sent me a proposal by email later that day and I accepted it the following day.  The technician came as scheduled and spent 2 1/2 hours total time. He replaced the two sign fixtures and then simply replaced the first 7 landscape lights he came to instead of replacing only the damaged ones. Then he increased the price to $719.50 with no explanation at all and never touched the third zone of landscape lights. When I called the company for an explanation of the price increase I was told it took him extra time to find a broken wire.  I asked how much time they had expected the job to take and was told "a few hours".  According to the technician he actually spent a total of 2 hours and 27 minutes on site.  I repaired the final zone personally by re-assembling one of the fixtures that neighborhood kids had taken apart and by replacing one other bulb.  I probably would have been less irritated by the extra charge if they had simply done the whole job.  The combination of doing part of the job and charging excessive labor makes them unacceptable in my opinion. 
 
I would never recommend this company unless you have the time to stand over and supervise them at all times. The difference between their charge and the $950 above is the cost of the landscape lights which I supplied.

Had dimming of lights throughout house.  JEA was called and determined the problem was wiring in meter box was damaged.  Power was cut off from pole and it was imperative to have someone come our as soon as possible for repair.  I researched Angie's list and found Advanced Wiring.  Called them and described the situation and explained what JEA had told me.  They gave me the est. over the phone for $450.00 which I thought was quite high but I told them to come out.  They were at my home within 2 hours (3 workers).  They replaced the prongs-using refurbished ones, then arranged for the inspector and JEA to come back out for inspection and hook-up. Repairmen were very nice and only there for a short time.  They left after calling JEA, who arrived on the scent shortly afterwards.  JEA immediately told me to call them back as the meter box was very loose and he would not turn power on again until it was secured.  I called Advanced and they directed the repairman back to secure the box.  JEA waited onsite until they arrived and showed them the problem.  I was disappointed that they did not check the box closely before leaving and surprised they had used refurbished prongs but was told that is common.  The box was secured and power was restored-all within 4 hours time. 
Advanced was prompt and very friendly and professional.  Charge was quite high for the work done---as per checking around afterwards for comparisons-but I would use them again for their professionalism and promptness.

They found the issue and repaired it. They did a great job. I thought the price was steep. They were only here an hour and they charged over $300.00. They were polite and courteous.

I made an appointment for a free estimate.  The owner himself came out and was extremely prompt (first impressive thing!); he came in a clean, marked vehicle and was himself very presentable.  He was very pleasant and was able to provide me with a detailed estimate before he left.  
I decided later that day to have the company do the work, since I checked around with family, and the quote sounded reasonable.  The appointment was made 2 days later. 
The two electricians who came out were also very timely and presented themselves professionally & were friendly.  They did the work in the estimated 4-5 hours.   The job they did was neat (they tidied up afterwards) and very well done.  I am extremely happy and won't hesitate to recommend them and contact them again as/when I need to. 

I am very satisfied with this company and will use them again in the future.

They did exactly what I was looking for, and the price was like half of the price other people charged.

It was a very small charge to come out and they found why the lights were dimming in the house. They also showed me how to get reimbursed by the power company. They came fairly quickly.

 ADVANCED WIRING has always been professional and friendly.  I have continued to use them because ADVANCED WIRING goes above and beyond.  They have never surprised me with any hidden or extra costs.  Initially, they gave the lowest cost estimate for a project and I have continued to use them.  The owner, Bill has been very helpful and willing to go out of his way to insure that his customers are happy with ADVANCED WIRING.

They are intelligent professionals who always do superior quality work.

The job was done right and the gentleman were nice, however, I thought it was expensive for what they had to do and it took less than an hour.

AWS did a fantastic job; they were very profesional, prompt, and completed the job on cost and on time. We had to leave before they could finish, so they returned the next day to finish labeling the breakers. That's quality service.

This company did a really good job. They showed up on time and they explained the entire process to me. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I thought the price was good for the work completed. The electrician was very nice as well.
